Confronted an emissary of Skullstone Island tresspassin on the Sleeping Twins. Chased him and his ghosts off. Evidience indicates that he communicated with the Silver Prince and then commited suicide to makeup for failing. Meanwhile a vessel of House Mnenmon was allowed to run free.
